Finally got round to changing the front strut and shock but surprise surprise the bolt appears to be seized in and started rounding off. I think Ford recommend replacing it with new anyway, so hoping someone can help me out! Tried looking on the bay but surprising difficult to find. Today was the last time it happened but luckily I had a small 12v battery in my hatch from my motorcycle and a pair of jumper cables.
