I have a ford focus mk1, it doesn't have a remote key, but a central locking system, ie, when some door is unlocked all should be unlocked. It does not work at all. I have checked the central fuses,

The button procedure that is used to activate the autolocking function will only work if autolocking is activated into the Central Car Configuration (CCC) of the BCM. Sounds like the latch mechanism inside the door is jamming, possibly due to corrosion. Removing the door trim is fairly simple, but there are usually a couple of tricks like hidden clips.
